Ford / Lincoln CAUTION

The front O2 sensor on bank 1 is reading lean and not switching rich/lean fast enough, so the PCM is adding fuel to compensate. Almost always a real lean condition, not just a bad sensor.

  1. Dirty/contaminated MAF sensor ($0 clean, $50-150 replace)
  2. Vacuum/intake leak ($0-200)
  3. Low fuel pressure / clogged filter ($20-100)
  4. Lazy upstream O2 sensor ($50-150)
